In the UK, we proudly hold a dominant No.1 market share position, with ownership of 5 out of the top 10 cigar brands. Our portfolio includes the best-selling cigar, Signature (formerly Café Crème), and its thriving cigarillo counterpart, Signature Action, experiencing double-digit growth. Additionally, our company is actively expanding its portfolio within the emerging nicotine pouch category, spurred on by the recent acquisition of XQS.
**Summary**:
We're expanding our UK Sales Department and are on the lookout for Sales Representatives to join us across the United Kingdom. You'll enjoy a high degree of independence, designing your day in alignment with quarterly activities and objectives. You'll also collaborate closely with peers from other districts and your Field Sales Manager.

**Sales and Relationship Building**:
- Foster strong and enduring relationships with independent retailers in your designated territory.
- Actively champion our exceptional range of nicotine pouches and cigars from Scandinavian Tobacco, striving to exceed distribution and volume sales goals.
- Be at the forefront of new product and category launches.
**Product Mastery**:
- Become a product expert on Scandinavian Tobacco's impressive portfolio, intimately understanding its unique features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Elevate retailers' confidence in our products through engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
**Market Insight**:
- Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, competitor moves, and industry advancements.
- Share your insights with our management team, helping us adapt to market conditions, meet customer demands, and seize exciting opportunities.
**Territory Excellence**:
- Skillfully manage and prioritize your assigned territory to unlock maximum sales potential.
- Craft and execute strategic plans to drive territory growth.
**Efficient Order Processing**:
- Ensure seamless and prompt order processing, collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
**Reporting Superstar**:
- Keep meticulous records of your sales adventures, including customer interactions, sales calls, and order statuses.
- Provide regular, insightful reports to our Sales Manager, shedding light on your impressive sales performance, market trends, and competitive moves.

- While we'll gladly impart our product knowledge and sales techniques, we believe in building upon a strong foundation. It's essential that you see yourself in the following:
- You've honed your skills in handling store-level data and are well-versed in CRM or similar reporting systems is a plus.
- Prior experience as a sales consultant in the grocery industry and/or FMCG is a plus.
- A history of working in a grocery store with a keen interest in tobacco is also a plus.
- Holding a valid UK driver's license is a prerequisite.
