**The Hours**:37.5 per week, average shift 9am - 5pm. Weekend work required.

**The Salary**:£21,021 per hour/annum plus £3,003 Outer London Weighting

What you'll be doing:This is a varied and fascinating role working in the Plant Area of the Garden Centre at Morden Hall Park. Working with a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic team, alongside the Plant Manager, you'll be using your leadership skills to support the team and our visitors, helping us to drive sales and standards up in a beautiful, friendly and professional environment.

You'll also work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.
