**Job Role**:
**Reporting - Local and Corporate**
- Collation, reporting and delivery of monthly results ensuring accuracy and visibility for delivery to heads of FP&A and members of the board, CFO, CEO
- Co-ordination, review and submission of all routine reporting.
- Provision of clear and insightful analysis to internal stakeholders by way of Operating Board packs and ad hoc requests.
- Complete management reporting packs.
- Deliver monthly cashflow analysis, understanding the impacts of NWC and devising actions that can be targeted by the business to remain inline whilst, flag risks/opportunities to those plans
- Identify opportunities to improve internal reporting to enhance decision making
- Ensuring financial controls are monitored and in place through quarterly flux controls, with cross reference to knowledge of the bigger picture from Operating/monthly reviews
**Planning - Local and Corporate**
- Lead, plan and communicate the Budget/Forecast process, across all business units,
- Planning, collation, and delivery budgets ensuring accuracy and visibility for delivery to heads of FP&A, members of the board, CFO and CEO
- Provision of clear and insightful review to senior stakeholders through meetings / reviews providing information, analysis and guidance on future EBITDA plans and decisions
- Oversee and review of Budget/Forecasting plans and submissions prepared by FP&A members, giving guidance where possible on the overall view when consolidated into the business units
- Identify opportunities to improve/simplify reporting to enhance decision making
- Deliver rolling 5 year Long Range Plans to the Head of FP&A/CFO/CEO through harvesting stakeholder business unit EBITDA requirements, providing challenge and thought into future profit streams
- Co-ordinate, review and submit budgets/Forecasts in the standard templates whilst providing insightful presentations for the UK leadership team to deliver
- Lead the timely budgeting and forecasting process for cashflow, understanding the implications of the monthly impacts on the NWC and plan these accordingly
- Provision of clear and insightful review to senior stakeholders through meetings / reviews providing information, analysis and guidance on future EBITDA plans and decisions
- Complete management Budget/Forecast packs providing insight and commentary of performance
- Oversee and review of Budget/Forecasting submissions prepared by FP&A members, giving guidance where possible
- Identify opportunities to improve group reporting messaging to enhance decision making
