- Implement Digital Solutions: Streamline financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coach and Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support in their professional development.
- Lead Internal Controls: Ensure documentation, adherence to standards, and sharing of best practice across EIS UK Finance teams.
- Finance Business Partner: Support and deliver cross-functional initiatives, such as SAP 4 Hana implementation.
- Membership of a professional accounting institute (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Proven experience in leading financial planning and reporting processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities and drive action.
- Expertise in digitalising financial planning and reporting processes and systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence Senior Directors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial planning and reporting.
- Ideally, expertise in using financial systems including SAP and Anaplan.
