Lead Consultant Professional Services

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Consultant in our Professional Services Practice to join the team in a leadership role, managing and delivering interim Associates into consulting projects for clients.

This is a rewarding and interesting role, offering home based working and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Position: Lead Consultant - Professional Services

Location: Remote

**Salary**: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum with uncapped bonus scheme

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Permanent

Benefits: Contributory Pension Scheme; 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per annum.

About the Role

As Lead Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance, drive business transformation, and deliver high-quality professional services. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and leading a team of consultants, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our consultancy.

About You

You will have proven experience of leading and managing consulting engagements, driving business transformation, and achieving results, along with:
*Experience in professional services consulting, with a focus on delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
*Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Business development skills
*Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
*Strong project management skills
*Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in professional services consulting.
*Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, relevant industry certifications) are advantageous.

About the Organisation

A consultancy providing services both to and for the UK Public Sector and Suppliers as a Social Enterprise.
