We have been instructed on an Accounts/ Business Services Senior opportunity with a technology-driven firm of Chartered Accountants in Salisbury.

The successful individual will be responsible for the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, review of VAT returns & bookkeeping and tax compliance for clients from an array of sectors. The role will also involve training clients on accountancy software, client meetings, dealing with ad hoc queries, mentoring junior staff and liaising with HMRC.

**Responsibilities**:
Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Corporation tax computations
Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Preparation of management accounts
Liaising with HMRC
Training clients on accountancy software
Reviewing the work of junior staff
Supporting Partners
Dealing with client queries
Assisting clients operating around blockchain technology

**Requirements**:
ACA / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified
AAT Qualified also considered
Good working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standards
Knowledge of Xero beneficial
Previous experience of working in practice is essential
