We currently have a vacancy for a Central Telephone Support Assistant to join our team. Based within the Central Operations Team (COT), a PeoplePlus Independent Living Service (ILS) Central Telephone Support Assistant works flexibly with all the delivery areas within our central hub including Managed Accounts, Payroll and our Community ILS Services. The role will include providing high quality advice, guidance and support to all people with lived experience and their employees.

The Central Telephone Support Assistant role within COT will be the first point of contact for all telephone enquires relating to ILS. Having access to key databases the Telephone Support Assistant will answer level 1 questions with level 2 questions being escalated to the appropriate team for follow up.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Level 2 or equivalent experience in Business Administration / Customer Service
- IT literate and competent in the use of all Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel Ability to use your interpersonal skills to manage relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with varying communication needs and requirements that include a degree of unpredictability
- Well organised and structured approach to meeting targets and deadlines in a pressurised, quick paced and demanding working environment.
