Central Administrator

**_Recra is working in partnership _**with a leading management specialist who is looking to add a
** **Central Administrator to their fast-growing teams. As a Central Administrator, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for assisting in the professional, efficient, and day-to-day operation focusing on Customer Service administration from our clients' garage network.
**What you’ll do**:
- Working as part of a team, the post holder will need to support the Administration Team by sharing experience and knowledge to provide a high level of service delivery at all times.
- Prepare proformas and liaise/send them to customers for approval.
- Invoice jobs within the required SLA window.
- Liaise with third parties and internal customers.
- Minimise WIP and process queries.
- Ensure all paperwork has been delivered as per the expected KPI/SLA.
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to and report all incidents of non-compliance.
- Any incidents/complaints which may occur are to be managed effectively.
- Recharging customers for all costs not covered by the contract.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of required spreadsheets.
- The input of invoices onto the system whilst checking validity.
- Deal with any invoice queries.
- To ensure the accurate maintenance of specific spreadsheets.
- Deal with credit and re-invoices with regard to incorrect customer order number submission.
- Process any required day-to-day administration in line with role.
**Requirements**:
- Two years of customer services experience or NVQ level 3 in customer service.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs and breakdown services would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Well organized, taking ownership of tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Considerate and professional.
