We are seeking a Hearing Care Clinical Assistant to help work with Hearing Aid Dispensers/Audiologists around the Staffordshire area.

Patient centred care background desired but not essential, on the job training will be provided.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Explore patient needs - by providing patients with information about their hearing aid(s), how to care for them, and wear them.
- Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.
- Wax removal via micro-suction (only if qualified)
- Assist customers and perform hear-care screening tests
If you have a genuine passion for helping others; have excellent communication skills and self-motivated - this role will interest you.
You could already be working alongside Audiology, maybe in an optical role. Or you could be looking for a change in career.
It is important that you have a friendly professional manner who enjoys helping customers get the most from their hearing devices.
If you do not already have the HCA / BSA qualification, investing in people is crucial and so support is available for you to attend a training course to obtain the relevant qualifications and training.
Ideally applicant should have a patient-centred care background however this is not essential since on the job training will be provided.
We are seeking someone who is driven, self motivated and ambitious to succeed. Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding and compassion, helping patients hear better. Excellent communication skills, articulate, confident and professional.
Full driving license, independent travel required conducting domiciliary visits across Staffordshire.
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required and a working knowledge of word, excel and diary management.

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
