The Director has ultimate oversight of the entire hospital, responsible for managing staff, caseloads, finances, and clinical excellence. As direct line manager for Senior Vet Surgeons and collaborator with the nursing manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our facility.
Clinically, you will oversee case loads to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services and assume charge when required. You will also work closely with the management team to inform strategic decisions and drive healthy P&L ratios.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, applicants must hold RCVS accreditation as Veterinary Surgeons. Managerial and leadership experience are essential, with any additional certifications serving as valuable differentiators.
