Opportunity to Enhance Urgent Care Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our team at Totally's Urgent Care division. This is an exciting time to be part of our organization, as we continue to grow and develop our services to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role
In this role, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, utilizing your advanced clinical practice skills and expertise to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients. You will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs, carrying out consultations, and providing clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff members. Your ability to lead clinical teams and make decisions regarding patient care will be essential in enhancing the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients and undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Use your advanced clinical practice skills and expertise to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.
  • Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Lead clinical teams and make decisions regarding patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent), be registered with the relevant professional body, and have evidence of completion of study in minor illness and injury. Additionally, you should have experience in prescribing medicine and referring to primary or secondary care specialist services within local agreed pathways and protocols.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 36 annual leave days, learning and development opportunities, and access to a pension scheme. Location
We are looking for ACPs across various sites in Staffordshire, Yorkshire, and the North East.
