An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality Improvement Team to lead the delivery and improved utilisation of the Trust’s Patient Engagement Portal Programme of work - DrDoctor. The role will involve working closely with the operational teams by supporting them to utilise pre-existing fu nctionalities to enable service improvement as well as deliver new p roducts as part of the programme’s roll out plan. The role will be on a fixed term basis (secondment applicants welcome) for a 12-month period.

The role of the Improvement Lead will be to take resp onsibility for programmes of work currently being overseen by the Quality Improvement Team.

Supporting divisional and operational strategy

Project management / support

Quality Improvement education and training

Coaching
