Admin Assistant/ Rota Coordinator

Medteam are the market leaders providing Healthcare Staff and Clinician to police forces nationally. The role is a combined role of account managing duties, administration duties together with liaising and booking a team of Clinicians onto a monthly rota using your own initiative. We have 25 years experience in this field. We cover 500,000 hours a year nationally with a great supportive Niche Team.
We are looking for an energetic, driven colleague to join our friendly, professional team. Must come from a strong Admin/Customer Service background with at least 2 years relevant experience who can work independently. Training is provided. The role allows career opportunities within the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate multiple staff rotas
- Manage and obtain compliance documents when needed
- Confident with all Microsoft IT packages and software packages
- Experienced at dealing with clients by phone
- A Multitasker
- Confident meeting deadlines and working at pace
- Good Command of English
- Working independently as well as part of a team.
- Can work under pressure on times
- Meticulous with paperwork and a great organiser
- Social Media skills an advantage
- Can provide solutions to support the Team
- Assist with Recruitment
- A strong decision maker

This role is initially fixed term contracted for 12months to support with maternity cover, however it is likely to be extended/ made permanent.
