Our fleet is rapidly expanding and therefore multi-award winning CES are recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to support our Fleet Manager.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 until 16:30.
**Salary**: £22,500.00 annually
Who are we?
CES, is a multi-award-winning leader in the energy sector. Government established funds allow us to offer eligible homeowners FREE energy solutions in the form of insulation, air-source heat pumps and solar. Together, we help customers in reducing their carbon emissions while bringing down their energy bills and adding value to their homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out vehicle inspections according to specified standards and
regulations and obtaining accurate data reporting to the Fleet Manager.
- Keeping accurate records of vehicle inspections.
- Handling breakdown/accident incidents.
- Booking vehicles for maintenance/service appointments.
- Actioning any maintenance request from daily checks.
- Updating vehicle data onto FleetCheck.
- Miscellaneous admin duties on instruction from Fleet Manager.
- Moving vehicles on site or to appointments.
- Allocating vehicle goods (AdBlu, Screen-wash, etc.)
**Skills**:
- Full valid driving licence.
- Confident driving large vehicles (vans, etc.).
- Excellent IT skills.
- Confident and approachable personality.
- The ability to coordinate vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent data input and understanding of the importance of data quality.
- Ability to organise data onto sheets/filing systems/fleet check system.
- Previous fleet admin/inspector experience (Prefered).
- Understanding of vehicle systems and technology (Prefered).
