This is an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated teacher or adviser to join our Diversity and Inclusion Team (DIT) to improve outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantage pupils in Kent and beyond. EDIT advisers have a specialist role within the team based on their experience, knowledge and expertise. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have a deep passion and understanding of how to support those children and young people who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or GRT children and young people. Other areas of expertise will also be considered.
