**Sales Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Commission-Based Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue for our blinds and shutters operations. You will be expected to:
**1.** Identify and prospect potential clients.

**2.** Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

**3.** Present our services in a compelling manner, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of working with us.

**4.** Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information about our services.

**5. **Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth transition to our operations team.

**6.** Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.

**7.** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:_

**1.** No experience required required. Ideally a proven track record in sales, preferably in the blinds and shutters industry (preferred).

**2.** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients from different backgrounds.

**3.** Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving targets and maximizing revenue.

**4.** Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

**5.** Good understanding of blinds and shutter processes and an ability to communicate information effectively.

**6.** Familiarity with sales tracking tools to manage and monitor leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.

**7.** Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as necessary.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
