**Strategic Outreach and Delivery Lead**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Strategic Outreach and Delivery Lead based at The University of Wolverhampton.

Uni Connect brings together 29 partnerships of universities, colleges and other local partners to offer activities, advice and information on the benefits and realities of going to university or college.Funded annually by the Office for Students, it isaimed to support the government’s social mobility goals and levelling up agenda by rapidly increasing the number of young people from underrepresented groups who go into higher education.

Aspire to HE is the local Uni Connect partnership for The Black Country and Telford and Wrekin and is made up of a consortia with The University of Wolverhampton and six partner FE colleges.

**Strategic Outreach and Delivery Lead Role Responsibilities**
- Through effective leadership and attuned relationship management skills, you will oversee a number of key Aspire to HE Funded/match funded projects delivered by University of Wolverhampton faculties, departments and identified third party service providers.
- Through strong skills in professional relationship building combined with both project and contract management capability, you will ensure high levels of student participation and engagement with activities delivered through the Aspire to HE Funded/matchfunded projects and accurately monitor higher education progression at key reporting points. Where necessary, you will be able to provide direct support to project deliverers/ providers to ensure successful project delivery.

**Strategic Outreach and Delivery LeadRole Requirements**
- A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent.
- Significant project management and delivery experience, including experience in monitoring and management of high value budgets.
- Relationship Management - A demonstrable ability to work with internal and external partners to ensure quality, timely delivery of project work through an appropriate balance of support and accountability.
- Influences others by showing positive emotion and enthusiasm.
- Seeks and accepts feedback on performance and uses constructive criticism as a learning tool.
- A confident people, project and contract manager who can work collaboratively as

a key member of a partnership-led project.
- Have a solutions focused, problem solving approach to supporting successful project delivery by partners.
