**Technical Administrator - Northampton**

Our client is a fast growing, top 10 UK house builder. Their investment helps to transform communities and improve local areas and the lives of people who live there. We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our client within the Technical Team. This role will be based from our clients Northamptonshire office.

**Key Accountabilities**

You will act as the main contact hub with the Planning and NHBC portals for the team. You will also coordinate the invoice tracking system and document management system to ensure a reliable and consistent approach is maintained with these vital systems. You will produce technical workload weekly team meeting notes and ensure actions are distributed.

The Technical Administrator will support all technical team members with administrative tasks including ensuring all invoices are processed, typing letters, maintaining filing systems, etc.

**Skills, knowledge & experience**

Experience within a similar role in the house building/construction industries specifically would be beneficial.

**Education & qualifications**
- Maths and English GCSE (Grades A- C or 9 - 4) preferred
