My client is a leading multifaceted global communications company seeking an HR Manager to provide high level HR operational support.

It is an incredibly exciting and interesting opportunity for a HR generalist with strong innovation, creation and delivery experience to join the team.

Key accountabilities for the role will be leading on the implementation of robust HR policy and processes to improve employee attraction, development and retention, while remaining committed to the company values and key business growth aspirations.

Key focus areas:

- Lead on all HR generalist activities managing the employee lifecycle including Employee Relations/IR.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies and practices
- Leading on review and development of employee contracts
- Development and implementation of the Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement a succession planning model
- Establish and maintain effective performance management process to ensure high performing cultures
- Develop and implement a Training and Development framework to support employee engagement
- Managing the annual salary review process
- Support with tenders and bids relating to mergers and acquisitions
- Leading on engagement activities to ensure attraction, development and retention of employees

Experience
- Demonstrable experience as a HR Manager with excellent employment law knowledge, Employee Relations/IR and M&A experience
- Experience reviewing and implementing company policy and HR process
- Multisite, Manufacturing or Facilities Management sectors would be ideal
- Change management leadership
- Experience leading and initiating engagement activities to ensure attraction and build positive cultures
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Results driven
- Commercial mindset to delivery people strategy in line with business objectives

**_This role will manage 4 sites across the UK. Whilst offering hybrid working, we would like you to be able to travel and have a base at the Cambridgeshire office. _**
