Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:- Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on employee issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK and EU.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for data management and reporting.
