Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  4. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  5. Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on employee issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  6. Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  8. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK and EU.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for data management and reporting.
