Fusion is seeking an advisor, mentor, team player and proven revenue producer to join our Go To Market team in EMEA. The role will support the development and execution of Fusions’ client and prospect business with the Enterprise and Financial Service Teams. The appointed person will provide thought leadership, market intelligence and best practice insight to support prospects and clients with innovation and transformation to address swiftly changing industry needs. They will also support the AM’s and AE’s to build trusted top-level relationships with channel partners and the advisory community.

**Specific duties will include**:

- Actively partner with the sales, account management and customer success teams to build and execute target account plans
- Support AE’s and AM’s demo strategy and execution
- Work with Sales Leaders with a focus on moving deals from 31% - 71%
- Increasing our market viability in the industry via creating written content for external publications
- Collaborate on internal messaging and sales collateral/messaging with product marketing
- Participation at industry events (both attending and speaking activities)
- Participate in analyst reviews and regulatory briefings
- Be a key contributor to Fusion sponsored industry round tables via participation, extending invites to industry leaders and helping develop relevant content
- Collaboration with product, product marketing and marketing on industry trends and the associated collateral

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Strong professional written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Innovative thinker, collaborative partner who is highly organized, with strong presentation skills
- Operational Resilience programme knowledge required
- Software product experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of Global Operational Resilience Regulatory Frameworks (with an emphasis on UK and EMEA regulatory expectations)
- Ability to be a self-starter, working independently and as part of a team
