Yotspot has an excellent reputation already, but you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time for the next stage of our business growth. To support this, an opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to support our growing list of clients to optimise their experience using our products.

As we are a small but agile team, this role will give you extensive autonomy and responsibility. You’ll be a key support in optimising our customer experience at Yotspot, ensuring that users get the most from their memberships, and fill their roles quickly and successfully, with the end goal of retention. This is hybrid office/home based, and although we take quarterly business trips, this role is focused on supporting the team, so ‘holding the fort’ should be something that you are comfortable with, and suits your work/life balance. This role does not have sales targets, so may suit someone with recruitment experience that enjoys the relationship building, rather than sales pressure.

Requirements and responsibilities:

- Optimisation of Yotspot use - with training you will review client accounts and activity, roles, user management and make recommendations for improvement
- Task and contact management - Using our CRM to track your activity and scheduling pipeline check ins for future
- Proactively identify client opportunities or growth areas
- Understand and support the sales process
- Hubspot experience an advantage
- Excellent networking skills

Experience: (These are preferred and having all is not essential)
- Recruitment agency and or tech company experience
- Proven experience in a client facing role
- High level of professionalism
- Understanding of working within a fast paced environment
- Yachting or marine industry knowledge

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
