About us:
Advance Vauxhall is seeking an experienced HR Officer / Internal Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Officer / Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles within the company, as well as providing HR support to our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new employees
- Provide HR support to employees, including advising on employment policies and procedures, and addressing employee relations issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and HR databases
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in internal recruitment and/or HR roles, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR best practices and principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
