Our client, based in Slough requires an HR person to work within their office environment. This is a temporary position but with potential for a permanent role for the right person.
- Full scope of HR duties and responsibilities
- talent management, organisation design/succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and training & development
- Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and successfully onboard new team members
- Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limited to - payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration)
- HR policies and procedures in line with local labour law
- Employee queries
**Skills**:
- CIPD level 5 minimum qualification
- Experience of working as the sole HR expert or a small HR team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly
- Strong knowledge of local labour law
- Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside strategic/manager level
- Previous line management experience is desirable
