Are you a HR graduate looking for your first step in your career?

We are working with an Educational Charity who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator. This is a permeant position.

My client is based in Slough and are flexible while offering a mix of hybrid and office working. There working week is a standard 35 hours.

£20,000 - £24,000 per annum dependant on experience.

**Role**
- Responsible for the whole life-cycle of HR administration.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Oversee the onboarding journey.
- Prepare HR documentation for all new & existing staff members.
- Completing and maintain employment records of staff.
- First point of contact for employees' and line managers HR queries
- Manage the HR inbox
- Arranging interviews
- Aim to provide the best employee experience.
