We are seeking an enthusiastic, effective and committed Sheltered Housing Officer who is passionate about the delivery of excellent public sector housing services, to join our dedicated professional team, helping to deliver a first-class service to our Sheltered Housing residents in tenancy management, developing strong communities and encouraging active residents, and assist in delivering digital transformation within sheltered housing.

**Duties Include**:

- Supporting with the digital transformation, assisting with tech equipment solutions
- Continually assessing the needs of residents through preventative calls, visits and reviews
- Identifying personal care issues
- Facilitating independent living
- Liaising with external agencies
- Providing general advice around housing options, tenancy, safety and security
- Tackling anti-social behaviour incidents

**To be successful in the post, you should ideally have**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible and customer focused style
- Ability to work with a diverse and pressurised workload
- Experience of providing housing management support to vulnerable individuals
- Knowledge and experience of undertaking risk assessments
- Experience or knowledge in mental health, support services and housing law
- Knowledge of tech enabled care services
- Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and internet)
