We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Time Income Officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Christchurch, covering the Christchurch and Southampton areas. As an Income Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive rent and service charge collection service across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to ensure timely payment of rent and service charges.
- Provide welfare benefit and money advice to customers to help them manage their finances effectively.
- Prepare applications for court to recover outstanding debts.
- Monitor customer accounts for all tenures to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to resolve them.
- Engage with external agencies such as local authorities to resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Experience in income management or debt recovery/collection with a proven track record of success.
