**Role: HR Change Adoption/Engagement Lead**

**Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35/Umbrella)**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Location: London/Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)**

We have a new opportunity to join our client’s HR Strategy & Transformation team as HR Change Adoption/HR engagement Lead to develop an approach that will inspire users new ways of working or new products/services launched through the transformation programme.

Core Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Develop change implementation plans, designs or options that are focused on successful change embedding
- Carry out audience analysis, change impact assessments and design change interventions to manage impacts and reactions across the organisation
- Collaborate with HR Comms & Engagement teams to align communication plans for change initiatives with the overall HR narrative
- Work closely with technology delivery teams & HR capability teams to ensure training needs analysis and training materials are appropriately designed
- Identify and mitigate key change and implementation risks/issues/assumptions/dependencies for the Programme via robust RAID management, keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed outcomes and benefits and minimising risk during deployment
- Work with the Business as usual teams & local sponsors to get them ready for the change through a clear go/no go checkpoint process
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate through decisions, consulting them, influencing them and resolving conflicts
- Drive change delivery proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications and training
- Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks around change and implementation activities to project or programme leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making

Knowledge and Experience:

- Good understanding of change management and implementation in the context of transformation
- Knowledge of HR including HR core platforms and processes
- Proven experience in leading change and implementation for large initiatives including identifying and management of associated impacts to people and the organization
- Proven experience of operating in transformation across a multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
- Proven experience in Agile project management methodology or Agile accreditation (PSM or PSPO) or Agile coaching capability is preferred
- Strong experience in defining an engagement, communication & product adoption strategy
- Strong writing and communication skills, including effective translation of complex information into compelling written and presentation materials
- Ability to communicate with impact, influencing senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills - able to break down data and as a result identify the relevant communication interventions
