We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to take hold of this opportunity to develop anddeliver the individual giving strategy taking the charities IG income to the next level. This key role within the organisation will develop the individual giving programme with the roll out of Nordoff Robbin's rebrand, alongside refining the donor journey

Role Responsibilities
- Create a sustainable IG programme working to mobilise supporters to take an action and participate in the vision and mission.
- Be an active member of our newly created 'mobilisation cooperative', which includes an external IG Consultant and internal Communications and Engagement and digital colleagues. This group will focus on embedding Nordoff Robbin's recent rebrand and to growsupporters and retain existing supporters.
- Ensure plans are insight-led and focused on delivering the best outcomes for Nordoff Robbins in the short and medium term.
- Develop and monitor the annual individual giving budget for both acquisition and retention.
- Provide analysis, insight and audience understanding to inform decision-making and development of the individual giving programme - including the creation and delivery of fundraising campaigns and products.

Skills and Knowledge
- Experience of working in a dynamic individual giving team.
- A track record of delivering income growth, and establishing and embedding new programmes of activity.
- Experience project managing campaigns and appeals.
- Experience of managing and delivering against budgets and reporting on KPIs.
- Working knowledge of charity law, GDPR and the Fundraising Code of Practice.
- Comfortable working with fundraising relational database (ideally Salesforce or a similar CRM).
