**Individual Giving Manager**

**Hybrid - 2 Days a week on site**

**Full Time - Permanent**

**London**

**Salary - £35,000 per Annum**

**Duties will include**:

- Leading on individual giving as a whole and developing appeals to increase income from individual, legacy and in-memory giving
- Project-managing a range of supporter acquisition, retention and development campaigns and activities
- Managing the database officer
- Managing the day-to-day development and execution of individual giving campaigns to generate donations and grow income
- Support the wider marketing, communications, and individual giving team in creating emotive and compelling materials
- The ability to or experience of developing and implementing an individual giving strategy
- Be able to write inspiring and emotive copy for different audiences
- Experience of successfully identifying new income streams and providing strategic direction for further development
- Knowledge of strategies, approaches and techniques used specifically to fundraise from individuals, using a variety of channels such as direct mail, digital, telephone and face-to-face
