As the Operations Assistant you are a vital member of the team responsible for all orders being shipped to customers & wholesale accounts, all stock being quality checked to our high standards, and managing all stock movements Into and out of the business, Improving processes and communicating with the team on any Issues.

**Role Responsibilities**

**Pick, Pack & Despatch**
- Pick, pack & despatch all e-commerce orders with accuracy, attention to detail and to a luxury standard
- Write personalised notes to customers for each order and gift wrap when required
- Pack & ship all wholesale orders as per each accounts packing guidelines & shipping requirements. Creating any packing lists, invoices and customs documents as required.
- Managing Made to Order, Personalised & pre-order Items with the Customer Service Manager
- Organise all courier deliveries for products for loans and shoots and customer same day deliveries
- Track shipments and liaise with carriers on any issues

**QC & Inventory Management**
- Quality checking every Item of stock to make sure they meet all our standards, ensuring this is completed within the required time frame after delivery
- Liaise with suppliers on any QC Issues
- Manage customer returns and in-stock QC Issues
- Become a product expert
- Book all deliveries Into the system and using supplier packing lists & Invoices
- Responsible for the management of all the stock, ensuring It Is clear and organised within the storage trays and safes
- Ensuring all products are correctly labelled
- Managing quarterly stocktakes
- Help with management of Golden seal, press and wear testing samples
- Regular communication with the Merchandise & E-commerce assistant on upcoming deliveries and timelines for QC
- Process returns of stock back into the business
- Ensure all stock movements within the business are tracked and processed correctly on the system

**Ad Hoc**
- Constantly improving & streamlining processes
- Assisting in any other area of the business as required
- Communicate any issues to the wider team
- Assisting the Customer Service and Admin teams as required

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and confident with learning new systems
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify urgent requests and re-prioritise or ask for help when required
- Enthusiasm to do a good job

**Full training will be given.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
