About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Workforce. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members, including preparing and processing documentation, managing stock, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Assist with tasks such as updating the in-house purchasing system, creating invoices, and processing purchase invoices for payments.
  • Manage the sending and receiving of parcels and post, and handle online purchasing, including ordering kitchen supplies and office stationery.
  • Perform other general and departmental administration tasks as needed, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering and handling telephone queries, and documenting processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
