Business Operations Coordinator

Business Administrator Role
Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a skilled Business Administrator to join their team. As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily workload of the Business Administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial administration of patient accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Resolve general queries received in the department, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the triage and resolution of queries raised by patients and consultants, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure that information received from external stakeholders meets the minimum level of compliance.
- Resolve Data Quality issues, maintaining the integrity of patient data.
- Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, post, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in a busy customer-facing business support function.
- Confident and customer-focused communicator, able to manage and interpret data effectively.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
- Confidence in working with numbers and large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- GCSE level in English and Maths, with an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong keyboard skills.
- Strong attention to detail, persistence, resilience, and determination to achieve goals.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
