The post-holder will support and assist the Quality Assurance Improvement Service as the first point of contact on the support desk of the Commissioning Care Assurance Performance System (CCAPS), ensuring information is continually updated and that there is a good flow of information between all relevant stakeholder for the Collaborative Commissioning Programme.

An essential component of this post is the close liaison with Health Boards, Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, Local Authorities in Wales and Framework providers in the Independent Care Sector and NHS England.

The post holder will work independently using their own initiative, whilst undertaking tasks set by CCAPS Data Analyst and the Head of Compliance.

We are looking to recruit to a vacant post within the NHS Wales Quality Assurance Improvement Service (QAIS) as the previous post-holder has been promoted. You will be providing first line day-to-day support to users of the Commissioning Care Assurance and Performance System (CCAPS).

- Relevant experience of working in an information environment with a knowledge of data protection.
- Confidence and self-motivation with a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills with the ability to follow requests to completion.
- Excellent time management and a talent for multi-tasking and prioritising your own workload whilst remaining calm and polite in any stressful situations.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
