We are currently seeking an office junior, to help with general office duties.

Working alongside our accounts & HR team the purpose of the role is to assist in retrieving, recording and maintaining all financial records, in order to support the business.

**Job Description**:
Assistance with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including raising customer sales invoices; sending remittances; supporting the processing of supplier invoices, filing and general office maintenance.

Assistance With HR processes including, maintaining staff files, processing of holiday requests, aspects of payroll preparation.

As well as the above, many other small tasks that may come up in the operation of a retail store.

**Requirements**:

The company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the business.
