**About The Role**

OPOP Media are a digital media agency based in Manchester, delivering creative and business solutions.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will:

- Create high-quality ad creatives for paid social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure designs are coherent and on track.
- Create high-quality design outputs for multiple campaigns at a time.
- Ensure all outputs are on brand, taking direction and feedback from senior team members.
- Work with a wide range of media including photography, illustration and video footage. Keep up with industry trends and best practice.

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Strong experience in Figma
- Good knowledge of TikTok and other video-focused social platforms.
- A willingness to learn in the role and develop skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and deal with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise own workload to meet deadlines, and work independently.

**Desirable Skills**
- Previous experience working on paid social campaign creatives.
- Experience working within an agency environment.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Manchester, M2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

**What We Can Offer You**

**Salary**: £20,000 - £23,000

**Schedule**: 9:30-17:30 Mon-Fri, with an earlier finish on Fridays.

**Please note that this position is for an in-person role, and will NOT be offered on a remote basis.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
