About the Role

We're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Brand & Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and typographically rich designs that meet our branding guidelines and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and defend our design standards by being a brand guardian.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project requests are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the planning of customer marketing activities across all channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design developments, and creative tools to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements
  • Confidence in working to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating design and layout abilities, concepting, and ideation.
  • A 'can-do' attitude to new challenges and taking ownership of requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well as part of a remote team with a focus on collaboration and sharing of ideas.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of HTML and web design language/UX.
  • Ability to articulate and defend design choices and provide feedback to team members.
  • A strong attention to detail.
