To support this goal, we are searching for a Junior Graphic Designer adept at creating engaging visual content for product listings, packaging, and especially advertisements on platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon.

**The Role**: The Junior Graphic Designer will be a pivotal member of our team, primarily focusing on producing creative and effective advertising content for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon. This role demands a mix of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our advertising campaigns stand out and drive customer engagement and sales. Reporting directly to the Senior Management and Lead Product Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence our marketing strategy and contribute significantly to our global brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Compelling Advertisements**: Design engaging and persuasive advertising content for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon, highlighting the unique selling points of our products and driving conversions.
- Design and produce images, infographics, and marketing materials using Canva and other digital design tools, showcasing the quality and uniqueness of our diverse product range.
- Develop creative packaging designs that reflect our brand identity and enhance the customer unboxing experience.
- Create accurate and compliant barcode labels for product packaging.
- Regularly update and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay, and our website with compelling visuals and accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that advertising content aligns with our brand identity and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team in Manchester to ensure design specifications and packaging requirements are communicated and implemented.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital advertising, design, and e-commerce trends to improve our brand presentation and advertising effectiveness continuously.

**Requirements**:

- We desire graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising content creation expertise for platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other digital design software.
- Experience in managing online product listings and developing product packaging is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Urdu or Punjabi for effective team coordination.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating visually appealing, persuasive advertising content.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote teams.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, including certifications demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and digital advertising.
