**Purpose of the Role**

To create the best creative graphics in the game and elevate the brand to the next level.

**Main Accountabilities**

You will be responsible for assisting with the creation of all things graphic design within the business. Working very closely with the Head of Creative & Senior Graphic Designer to bring the creative vision of the brand to life. You'll work in the Creative team and lead hitting all key marketing KPIs.
- Adhere to all brand guidelines when designing
- Create graphics for the website, including promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Supporting and collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop creative concepts and design solutions for Campaign launches.
- Resizing imagery for the website, ensuring safe areas are adhered to and that exported assets are optimised
- Work from design templates and visual guidelines to produce forward thinking designs that follow best practise for digital devices and maintain brand consistency
- Working to tight deadlines with accuracy and speed, whilst being creative and innovative.

**About you**
- A degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication or similar
- Be proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). After Effects would be advantageous.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating a strong understanding of typography and layout
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in Fashion, Beauty or a similar industry.
- Clear attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects to tight time constraints
- Experience in preparing imagery and artwork for digital platforms
- Knowledge of project management tool Trello would be beneficial
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A creative mind and an eye for detail and aesthetic which synchronises perfectly with luxury / aspirational apparel.
- Collaborative approach and ability to inspire and influence people across the whole business
- Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences
- An approach that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability
- A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can push for and help set trends.
