Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet our branding guidelines and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our Brand and Marketing teams to create engaging visual assets for consumer, brand, and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and defend our design standards, ensuring consistency across all our marketing materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure project requests are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the planning of customer marketing activities across all channels, ensuring our messaging is clear and compelling.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, focusing on the challenges our customers face and how we can help solve them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design developments, and creative tools, sharing your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Confidence in working to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality designs consistently.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating design and layout abilities, concepting, and ideation.
  • A 'can-do' attitude to new challenges and taking ownership of requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well as part of a remote team, focusing on collaboration and sharing of ideas.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and experience in practicing from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat for digital and print.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of HTML and web design language/UX.
  • Ability to articulate and defend design choices, providing specific and high-level feedback to team members.
  • A strong attention to detail, noticing the little things that make a big difference.

Working Arrangements
