**CHANGING FUTURES**
We’re looking for a special someone who really wants to help our customers make a change. Do you have the skills to mentor, develop and prepare our customers to become ready for work?
You’ll be creating opportunities for work experience, volunteering or indeed paid employment by engaging with and building a network of local businesses. You’ll partner with training providers to enhance skills coaching and providing one to one support to our customers as part of the process.
You’ll want to provide a positive structured pathway to work, championing the service while working collaboratively with customers, employers, other Futures teams and external organisations both regional and national, ensuring strong links with Tenancy Sustainment along the way.
You’ll be flexible and adaptable effortlessly managing multiple projects and initiatives while meeting conflicting demands, ideally you’ll be social media savvy knowing how to promote interest and manage communication with an understanding of the social housing sector and related service delivery.
You’ll also need that driving licence of yours and access to a car for work purposes as you'll be required to work in the Daventry area three days a week. This role can be based from our Daventry office or our main office at Castle Donington.
**So, what’s in it for me?**
If you’re successful, you’ll be joining a dynamic organisation with an amazing culture. We offer competitive benefits that include agile working, mileage, private healthcare options, discount schemes and with a big emphasis on health and well-being. You’ll have great opportunities to grow and develop, personally and professionally, but the greatest reward will be knowing you’re helping people and communities across our region to thrive.
We’ve a state-of-the-art, flexible workspace so you’ll have both great people and a great environment around you. We’ll also provide you with an agile kit and access to Touchdown Points where you can plug in to a workstation, catch up with colleagues and attend local meetings.
We’re proud to be awarded the coveted Investor in People Platinum award - the highest of IiP accreditation. The award recognises organisations which are passionate about making sure all employees get the best experience at work.
**Check your diary as we'll be holding Teams video interviews 21st August and face to face interviews will be held 25th August.
