**About Our Client**:
My client are a global organisation who offer a hugely supportive working environment for all staff members. They provide full training and offer excellent career progression up to senior management level.
- Managing a high number of inbound calls
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointments
- Process payments
- Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
- Shift patterns will be 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 09:30am to 5:30pm
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multi task
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
