**About Our Client**:
My client are a fantastic business who have a hugely supportive working environment which includes different team incentives and have amazing company values to support health and well being. Full training will be provided. The team work in the office full-time and the working hours are 9am - 5pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm and they offer a hybrid model.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all client queries and ensuring that an excellent standard of service is delivered.
- Working efficiently in a team dynamic to achieve goals and main positive working relationships.
- Making outbound calls to warm and existing clients to make sure that all orders are processed efficiently.
- Processing order changes and resolving any queries they might have
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Working towards finding ways we can consistently improve our outstanding service experience
