**General**
To manage all aspects of wholesale & our Retail website. As an Assistant Office Manager reporting to the Manager you'll be tasked with driving the business forward. You will be in charge of wholesale and retail customer service, stock control, website product uploading and replenishing of stock.
**Key Tasks**
- Responsible for efficient wholesale & retail stock control
- Booking out deliveries to customers
- Taking payments for invoices
- Returns & Refunds
- Dealing with customers via the phone
- Picking orders from the Warehouse
- Responsible for best use of stock across channels
- Stock Control, Support forecasting/ Projecting Stock
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects
- Working as part of a tightly-knit team to ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively
