Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and ensuring a high level of service is provided to colleagues, residents, and other visitors.
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Producing letters and other correspondence, where attention to detail is crucial.
- Coordinating lunch bookings and ensuring these are passed to the Catering Manager.
- Assisting the Estates Manager with administrative tasks and providing support as needed.
Requirements:
- A caring and friendly personality who is passionate about making a difference for our residents.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting customer service is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
- Ability to be considerate, patient, and professional, especially in a busy office environment.
