- Process daily banking transactions
- Prepare and process car sales invoices
- Handle service and parts invoices
- Process supplier invoices efficiently
- Conduct fortnightly reconciliations
- Produce detailed management accounts
- Complete VAT returns accurately
- Participate in the annual audit
- Lead and ensure the monthly payroll is accurately prepared
- Book keeping knowledge of margin scheme
- Previous experience in car sales business is an advantage.
- Previous experience on MTA software is an advantage.

**Essential Criteria**:

- In-depth knowledge of the used car sales margin scheme
- Motor trade knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to time-keeping and deadlines
- Eagerness to meet both work and personal targets
- Minimum requirement Part qualified ACCA or part qualified by experience.

Join our team as an Account Administrator to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation.

Pay: £29,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
