We are looking for a Meetings & Events Coordinator to join our team at The Ivy Bush Royal Hotel. About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to enquiries

Planning and coordinating a variety of events

Ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous organisation and execution

**Responsibilities for Meeting & Events Co-Ordinator**
- Dealing with enquiries for Functions, Groups and Conferences.
- Maximising revenue by converting enquiries into bookings.
- Produce professional, tailor-made programmes and quotations for all events.
- Liaising with all hotels’ departments relating to events being held.
- Showing prospective clients around the hotels and understanding their requirements.
- Research New Business and make outbound sales calls to new clients.
- Client liaison and follow-up.

**Requirements for Event & Meeting Co-Ordinator**
- Friendly, courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills.
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- An immaculate eye for detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
