Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Campaign Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a variety of projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Campaign Specialist with planning, implementation, and delivery of recruitment projects. This will include administration, coordination, planning, monitoring, and reporting on recruitment campaigns. The candidate will also support the creation of content for recruitment campaigns, organization, planning, and promotion of recruitment events, and identifying opportunities to increase retention and employee engagement within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of a range of PC software, including Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service experience. They will also have a good understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a QCF Level 3 or demonstrable equivalent experience, and will be able to communicate in Welsh (Level 3). They will also have experience of supporting/coordinating a variety of projects/campaigns simultaneously, and of using social media platforms. Previous experience of working in the NHS or in recruitment/marketing/advertising is desirable.
