HR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Ability to supervise and manage projects effectively
**Salary**: From £41,333.00 per year
