**HR Executive - Clayton Hotel, City of London**

**We have a fantastic new vacancy for HR Executive in the excellent Clayton Hotel, City of London (Aldgate East tube station).**

**This is a fantastic growth role opportunity as we grow our hotel presence in London and the UK. 2024 will see opportunitues for professional career growth across the UK as we open 4 new hotels in Shoreditch, Brighton, Manchester and Liverpool.**

**Objective of the Role**

Reporting to the Cluster HR Manager, the HR executive will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development of our talented employees.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
- Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
- Support HR Administrative duties.
- Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years experience in Human resources.
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential
